Corbett Cove is located in the hamlet of Dwight, Lake of Bays, just seven miles from the resort and golf facilities of Bigwin Island, Deerhurst, and Grandview and the ski hills of Hidden Valley Highlands. Located at the very north end of Lake of Bays, Corbett Cove faces southwest and presents the most remarkable views, particularly at sunset. Dwight is only 20 kms from the 'west gate' to Algonquin Park and its wildlife wonderland.

Yes. You can keep your boat moored at the large dock during your weeks of occupancy. Owner privileges will also include the use of the canoes and kayaks provided. There is also a public boat launch 500 meters from the property.

The Corporation, Resort Owners Association. and its Shareholder families own all the resort land buildings & contents.

There is a five hour period each week between check-in time and check-out time during which each residence is completely cleaned, linens changed, inventory checked, etc. so that your residence will always be spotless and ready for you when you arrive. Grounds maintenance is continuous and there is always a number to call if assistance is needed. Major repairs and maintenance are accomplished twice a year when the entire resort property is closed for two "deep cleaning" weeks in spring and fall when no occupancy occurs.

Of course you can. This, after all is your vacation and we hope your family and friends will gather here with you. If, however, you wish to have friends or family visit when you are not there, Management must be advised.

Yes. Each residence is limited to occupancy by no more than 8 people.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the residences at any time.

This Residence is designated "pet free" (no pets allowed). Some residences are "pet friendly" (pets allowed). All pets, when outside, must be on leash This is strictly enforced due to the fact that some owners have allergies which make it dangerous to their health if a pet has been in their residence.

Fractional ownership is permanently shared ownership of a vacation property for a set fraction of each year. Together, members of the Resort Owners Association. own the land and all the units, furniture, equipment, boats, docks and other amenities exclusive to this property. Shares can be kept forever, or sold or gifted to someone else. This approach makes vacations more enjoyable and affordable.
